    My focus is creating an in-game atmosphere that enhances the "home-field advantage" for our student-athletes, while entertaining, engaging, and uniting our fans. Design and implement a multi-faceted in-game entertainment program which includes music, video pieces, entertainment teams, and promotions for several sports. Work closely with Van Wagener, Event Management, Athletic Ticket Office, and Sports Information to enhance game presentation. Assist in production of non-game special events, i.e, Pepp ESPYs and Blue & Orange Madness.

    Maximized the fan experience by organizing and overseeing the execution of the “show” elements of game day operations for all women's basketball and softball games. Directed pre-game, in-game and post-game operations including creation of game logs, managing promotions, constructing PA scripts, and securing promotional elements from corporate partnerships. Developed promotional calendar including promotional giveaways, theme nights and entertainers. Booked all halftime entertainers and National Anthem performers.
